Been with this company for two years consecutive now so grateful for the girls at complete business solution giving me the help the support and the knowledge I need to maintain a healthy, strong, successful business. Youve got my loyalty for as long as I run a store. Thank you girls for all that you do.

I usually do not like to write bad reviews even if my experience was not terribly good, but felt i needed to share my experience. I feel they could given better service to their customers if they could not treat the business like an attorneys office in my opinion and be a bit more flexible/accommodating as i find with pretty much all businesses i have dealt with over the last 30 years of being a business owner myself. The gal that was assisting me though was professional and polite which i appreciated. On the other hand get prepared to be charged for every little thing! even for basic phone call. Upon my severing of ties with the company and writing them a nice letter of separation the owner immediately fired back with how am i going to take care of the final billing. Seems that is all she is worried about as well. Through a couple of email exchanges she started to become a bit aggressive with us. Overall it just didn't feel good working with them. In my opinion i would definitely steer clear and look elsewhere as there are many other flexible and nice companies to work with out there.

I discovered this company over a year ago and after interviewing several book keeping services for our farm business. Now after a year of working together I can say we made the right choice to trust our needs to Rachelle and her team. Their exemplary leadership has continued to keep us current with all the reporting needs while allowing us the time to focus on what we do best.

My previous bookkeeping company was so hard to get ahold of. Call me old fashioned, but it is so nice to be able to talk to friendly and knowledgeable human when you need something done. I trust Rachelle and her team for multiple businesses that I run and they always make things easy for me. Whether it is a simple question or solving more complex issues someone is always able to help me out when I call or stop by.
