        Fixed my iPhone XS Max. No complaints. It was great customer service and very pleasant staff. Thank you for your help and quick services. I scheduled an appointment for 10am and I got there a little before. I was able to receive an option to wait for the tech who normally handles cracked screens (who came in at 11am) or get it done at my time. I opted to get it at my time because I needed to be somewhere else. I left my phone and the gentleman man said to be back around 10:30a. I ran my errands and came back around 10:45a and phone was done and completely working.

        Having duplicate car keys made here is no easy feat. I came in on January 5th and I still dont have my spare key. It took a week longer for the blank to arrive than promised. And then when it did come I have come in several times only to be turned away because the manager isnt available or it is past time (several hours before closing) to program a key. It is so frustrating and who has time to keep coming in over and over and over again. If Im coming in during business hours to take advantage of a provided service I shouldnt have to call ahead to make sure the stars are all in alignment.
