        Was with the JG Ins. agency for almost 18 years. Since I started driving! Communication was consistently difficult via email & phone with both John & Jeremy unless activating additional policies. The actual coverages were good; Pemco & Safeco are great! But it took research and choosing a different agency to realize what I was missing.
