        You have agents that try to get rules(federal rules) wavied simply because your office is too incompetent to submit a correct hipaa compliant request with correct spelling and addresses. You then want to blame the other parties for your lack of attention to fine detail. Everyone working with legal cases needs a huge course in continuing their education for legal medical requests.
