Unfortunately as much as I would like to recommend Sophia I cannot in good conscience. The delays of her office puts extra strain on her clients and impacts their ability to get necessary treatment in a timely matter. As an example no follow up with the hospital to organize the necessary lien documents to ensure the bill would not be sent to a debt collector.
Your standard contract was in place so, no you were not doing pro bono work.
Multiple delays on the part of your office lead to a delay in his ability to receive medical treatment. I am unsure why his ability to receive care hinged on your approval.
Maybe you just dont have the temperament needed to deal with injured, and stressed clients. Obviously the better solution is a larger firm with the resources to address their clients needs professionally and directly.

I was in a car accident and a friend had referred the Law Office of Sofia K. Miguel to me! I had absolutely NO idea what I needed to do all I knew was that I was in immense pain from the accident! Her and her staff were amazing they handled everything for me and made sure I was comfortable, understood, and okay with the process! They were so kind to me throughout the whole process! I appreciate all the help, holiday, birthday cards I received! I recommend her office and staff tj everyone! If youre not sure where to start this office is the one for you!!
