This is a horrible company to shop or work for . While treating their workers personal needs if they are worthless, they also take advantage over female workers and the disabled . I am a former worker at the puyallup location assigned as a taper. i was released of my job when my mother passed away . As i was on long road from Seattle WA to St. louis missouri to prepare for my mothers funeral, They demanded i turn around to discuss my attendance. After telling them i couldnt make that happen , giving that i was in the middle of Texas. They wrongfully terminated me on the spot. I am still seeking legal help to file against this company . if anyone sees this that can help please reach out

Very very very slow to download, they have no criteria, the girl at the reception is very friendly but downloads very slow

My number one star rating starts with the core value of the company and their HR department. This company has a very high turnaround rate and thats probably why theyre always having job fairs. Im guessing its because they have a three point call out system and lack of training when it comes to putting together the mattresses which causes a lack of quality in the product and an overall negative work environment. The three point system for employees doesnt enable them to have normal life emergencies so in turn they lose people a lot and the employees dont take pride in producing quality work hence the reviews description the decline in product quality. They also overwork the employees with shifts like 4:30 to 3am Mon-Fri and cancel full work days with only a days notice after promising a set 40hr schedule during the interview process. Very inhumane way to run a business and someone like the hr lady should be held accountable.
