This shop did what no other shop would. And did an amazing job too, clearly stretched tires are dangerous, but 3 years later, the tires are still on and never once debeaded.

Had a great experience today at Santi's, needed balance and rotation,busy when I went in but took care of me right away when it was my turn, been coming here for better part of a decade. As always quick and nice as they work.

Let me start by saying a HUGE thank you to Santis Tires & Wheels in Puyallup! I was in a real bind this weekend after getting new tires from Discount Tire. One of the tires wouldn't mount because, as it turned out, I had a cracked wheel. Trying to find a repair shop open on a Saturday was like trying to find a four-leaf clover! Luckily, I called Santis on a whim, and they were an absolute lifesaver. Not only were they open on a weekend, but they were happy to take me in without an appointment! They were incredibly fast and efficient, getting my wheel fixed in what felt like record time. On top of that, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions patiently. But wait, there's more! The price for the repair was incredibly reasonable a breath of fresh air after the sticker shock from new tires. To top it all off, they even offered me a snack before I headed out. How's that for amazing customer service? Sure, Santis might be a little further out of my way than some other shops, but from now on, they'll be my go-to tire place, no question! For any future tire needs, big or small, I wouldn't hesitate to head back to Santis. They truly went above and beyond, and I can't recommend them enough. And a special shoutout to Luis you made me feel right at home! Your friendly demeanor and professionalism turned a stressful situation into a positive experience.
