My mother was selling her home of over 50 years and we chose Colin to represent her in the sale. We've known Colin for close to 40 years as I we were childhood friends. I knew my mother would feel comfortable with Colin selling her home and that his friendly, professional approach to all things would lead us in the right direction throughout the process. His prep work to determine the price of the home, and his counsel along the way led to the house selling for almost exactly what he had predicted. We haven't done a lot of real-estate transactions, so Colin had to answer lots of questions along the way. He was patient and his advice was always practical and clear. I would recommend Colin to anyone. You won't be disappointed.
