Pre placement physicals are on a walk-in basis, but you are told the wait is 3-3.5 hours. I would rather have an appointment.
I was turned away because I did not have an OSHA questionnaire. The front desk told me they did not provide the form for patients. When I returned the next day with a OSHA questionnaire they said it was not correct and handed me the correct form to complete. I told them I had been told they did not provide the forms and the front desk said this was wrong and that they can provide the form.
I was given a link to complete registration for Concentra by my employer. When I arrived at the clinic they stated that registration documents had to come directly from a clinic computer and they had no idea where my completed registration was sent (contained HIPPA information), Had to complete the form again. My employer must have got the link from Concentra to be able to send to me, yet they denied all knowledge.
This type of miscommunication is very frustrating. Staff should know what they can and cannot provide and it should be the same information coming from each member of staff.

Pretty nice place, I only wish the tests were a little more clear on instructions, for example: Hearing test: do I click the button after or when a sound is being played? It wasnt explained well and it made me a little nervous. Otherwise it felt clear and understandable.
