Went in for a respiratory test for work. At first the gal at the front desk was short and just not warm in the slightest. I was a walk in and I can well imagine how that might screw up her day. Told me the wait would be 3 or more hours. Understandable. It was less than an hour and I was called up to the desk. Sat back down and before a total of an hour and a half I was in. The going man that came in to give me my test was wonderful as was the gal that took my blood pressure etc. Overall my experience was great and I would highly suggest this as a clinic worth visiting. Oh and the first gal I saw turned out to be quite lovely after all.

Went in for urgent care. Had to wait for over 4 hours before I could see the doctor. After I was finally seen the doctor did nothing for me.. she was worried because I only had one symptom of covid, even though it wasn't covid. She wouldn't come near me even when she was in her protective gear. She then told me that she couldn't do any types of test on me to figure out what's wrong with me. Gave me like 20 options on what could be wrong then argued with herself on what kind of medication to give me. She seemed inexperienced and didn't know what she was doing or saying. Nurses amd receptionist were great. But the doctor doesn't care or know anything.

The place was clean & felt covid safe. The staff were all courteous & helpful. I was a walk in & they all helped me get in & out quickly. I appreciated everything they did for me. Super helpful.
