Sept 4, 2022 was the year my husband had his accident. It changed our whole lives, my husband being the main provider of our family and also us just taking in 4 kids (fostering nieces & nephews). My sister recommended Jacobs & Jacobs and throughout the whole process, we trusted their team to put in work on our behalf. Our car was total loss, our insurance could only covered certain things.. we had to make it work whether from out of pocket or resources. Jacobs & Jacobs contacted us here and there, but within the time frame, we were very patient and hopeful. Honestly, we are so grateful to have worked with Jennifer and their team! Thank you for being patient with us, thank you for your service and thank you for making it work for our family. Bless you guys tenfold! 2024 is the year everything finalized and we are beyond grateful!

Please make sure to do more research before working with this firm. They are dishonest, unorganized, unprofessional, and the way they work is super unethical. In no way the lawyer should be making twice as much than the client, they werent even supposed to take on my case and played me in the end and took most of my settlement for the lawyer fee. Make sure to get everything in writing and document form from the lawyers and especially the paralegal cause every time you have a conversation through the phone they try to switch up what was said to fit their narrative EVERY TIME the next time you guys speak! And they take forever to even get back to you or to even keep you updated on your case. All I know is I couldve done this myself and received way more back rather than letting this firm play mind games and play with my time and money. Im pretty sure most these reviews are fake on here cause when I did further research on them I seen a bunch of other clients running into the same issues that I did. Dont get played from these people, dont trust them, and you are smart enough to do the work yourself if you can. Im really unsatisfied with the outcome of my case and I dont appreciate all of my wasted time and money. At the end of the day these people dont care about you or your pain they just see $. If I can give 0 stars trust me I would, Ive been nothing but respectful and patient during this whole case just for the most horrible outcome, aint no way these layers made more off me as if they were the one going to treatment and doing the work to get better everyday. Im warning whoever is reading this review dont partner with them. Worst life experience ever.

ZERO STARS. In my experience, these guys did not represent me. They spoke a lot of game during the sales process but didn't deliver. Communication with CONNOR was non-existent. I didn't hear from them for weeks and then they tried to settle my claim for a small amount and without all the information needed for the claim I deserved.They almost didn't do any of the stuff they claimed during the sales process. When I terminated them they filed a lien against me for 3k. For what?! They literally did no work on my claim. I recommend to look for the real reviews and stay away from this law firm. You could get more money representing yourself!
