        We have 3 Units between my family. We're planning to get rid of one. Just because we're gonna continue to fill them if we have more. The manager s are very understanding and helpful. Well the whole team has been actually..very clean and maintained well. Friendly pepple.. I would recommend them to anybody who's looking for a place to Put there belongings. Is safe dry, warm clean? And no spiders.. I appreciate your facilities. Good luck in your business growing.

        It is ALWAYS Very CLEAN and a pretty AFFORDABLE storage facility. It is SECURE and has one of the Best on-site Managers you will find at a self storage. She was very efficient in answering my questions and helping me figure out my storage needs. Her customer service overall was has been great from the beginning to the end. It's been a great experience and I'm glad I chose Extra space in Puyallup. I highly recommend them to anyone.

        While I have not used this facilities' storage services, while I was doing a turn around, a woman who seemed to be the manager here was very rude to me for no reason and trying to kick me out while I was in the middle of leaving the parking lot. I was only stopped for a few minutes and then was trying to pull out of the parking spot when she approached me so I had to stop the car again. Then she was yelling at me through the window as if I was doing something wrong when I wasn't. Her abrasive actions seemed racially motivated and she wasn't letting me leave the property. She instead wanted to just argue with me. I would not be utilizing any of their services as if it's a hassle just to be in the parking lot, imagine what it would be like to have my prized possessions here too for an extended period of time.
