Supervisor Kathy leaves is incapable of speaking without condescension
I communicated respectfully and clearly in all cases- asked for them to take a minimum of responsibility. It is a shame my hand was forced into writing this review. Humanity sucks, this branch of H&R Block only reinforces that.
