Jackson Hewitt 3712 9th st Puyallup,WA. Lost our original W-2 & 1099's, after wanting to charge over $600. Zeina Minnick is not very good at self employed Preparation for (rideshare). Took our copies of W-2 and 1099's to another tax preparer saved money on the cost and saved on our tax bill. I'm not say all Jackson Hewitts are bad just this one. Go here at your own risk.

First year doing taxes in Washington, been with Jackson Hewitt since I started doing my taxes years ago. The woman doing my taxes was grunting and sighing and complaining while doing my taxes it was a bit awkward. I had to do a California return and 1099s she was annoyed by it and she says shes been doing taxes for years but didnt seem to understand any of the questions it was asking her so she turned the screen around and had me answer some of the questions I was very confused because Im not a tax professional thats her job to know. Then she finished gives me my amount and I was under the impression that she sent them in but she didnt the next day I get a call asking all kinds of questions and my corrections in my return then Im told my refund it 2000 lower than what the first person told. So obviously I was upset for being told wrong information and good thing she didnt send them in because I wouldve had to deal with irs because of her. The Second Lady says they always review before sending in and in all my years with JH thats never happened. Safe to say I will not be coming back, Ive been a loyal customer for years even though with all my forms and audit protection I pay almost $900 but this was just really a terrible experience.
