        The vet there was super knowledgeable. I wish I had saved her name, but during the consultation, she gave me beneficial advice. I'm glad we've found this location; it will be a regular for us.

        They signed me up for a plan I didn't approve. I thought we were all on the same page when I left that day but apparently they will change the terms afterwards. I've been trying to resolve this with hardly any response and empty promises, while being sent to this and that department with no resolution. It may seem like something so little to them but it money that you need to live and those dollars count. Im being disregarded and brushed off and im not sure if its like this at every location but thats the case for this one.

        We're new to the Puyallup area and we took our Cat to Banfield for an eye issue. The veterinarian basically refused to do any meaningful exam to my cat's eye because she and her assistant seemed to be afraid of trying to hold or "subdue" the cat and seemed to want me to do the job I believe they were trained to do. $180 for nothing. Will never go back there!
