Ordered a white lily arrangement as a "condolences" delivery for a family member that lost a pet. What arrived was a small bouquet with red and white roses, along with candy canes - like it was some kind of Xmas gift. $150. Terrible.

The Christmas flower arrangement that I ordered was completely different than what they created - not even close. But what was most disappointing was that it was so plain - very unattractive. They tried two more times to create something nice and vibrant which would somewhat resemble what I ordered and I was finally told that they could not do it. So I agreed to a designers choice for the fourth arrangement and gave them approval to send it. I was too drained to work with them any further. After they sent the designer arrangement I asked the recipient to honestly tell me what it looked like. She said it looked okay - nothing special. My thoughts exactly. I can understand that substitutions are made due to unavailability of certain items but the end result of any type of floral arrangement should be something that has been artistically created and is pleasing to the eye.

This is absolutely the worst flower delivery services I have ever experienced. I had to correct the florist because she gave me the wrong picture of the flowers and she never sent me the corrected picture of them. I never received a receipt. I called because I’m currently in another state due to the military and I wanted to go with someone local to deliver my mom flowers. I DID NOT GET the flowers i paid $164 for. Not even CLOSE & on top of that I paid for TWO happy Birthday balloons and made sure they knew it was for my mom. And They sent one balloon saying, “Happy sweet 16” I wanted to make my moms birthday because shes been so sick due to her treatments. But DEFINITELY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I will definitely upload this to their fb page with the photos of what I ordered vs. what my mom received because for some reason google isn’t letting me upload them.
