Roam Consulting was quite literally a life changing experience for me. I met Amanda through an executive coach I was working with. At that time in my life I was navigating difficult changes in my professional life and was struggling with my confidence as a leader. You can't BS horses, and I learned from them without the exchange of one word that I had no accountability with others as a leader. Despite the expectations I thought I was communicating with my team and colleagues, Amanda and her horses helped me connect with and understand how my non-verbal communication wasn't aligned to those expectations. It's hard to be effective as a leader if the direction you set isn't clear and easy to follow. I will forever be grateful for this experience as it was truly unique to me and my leadership needs. Thank you Amanda and team!
