Bright Horizons at Redmond

We had never used backup care, and use it for a whole week back in September. While the first day, my son who was 4, was unsure and shy. The next day, he was so happy to be back. They took care of him very well. They were also were flexible in letting him eat the food from home since he's a very picky eater. Overall, I was very satisfied with them. My son always came home telling tons of good stories.

We were really impressed by both the customer service and flexibility of the team. We are using the center with our backup care benefits to help our toddler get used to classroom care and so far we had a great experience. We appreciate to have an opportunity to drop in and observe our baby, its so great and comforting to see him in this new setting. Thank you for the kind, caring environment!

Really grateful for Ms Nasim at Bright Horizons Redmond, my toddler was well taken care of. I was travelling for the first time after having a baby and pandemic & it was great to be able to bring him along, go to work knowing that he is in good hands with Ms Nasim who is extremely caring. If & when I am back in Seattle, will definitely look forward to her help again. Thank You!

Today was my last day at Bright Horizons Back Up Redmond. I was very sad when I realized that I must quit because of my private obligations. It was my pleasure to working there with great stuff and great management. Who ever even thinking about teaching or putting kids in some of plenty daycares I will recommend to pick Bright Horizons, especially in Redmond.
