Darcy is just the best property manager! She is always so willing to help and quick to resolve any issues that pop up. I only had great experiences with her when I rented at Paul Revere and continue to have great experiences now that I rent at Carolina Courts. The apartments have a good layout and the small gym on site has everything I need. It's right beside the laundry room so it's easy to squeeze in a workout while doing laundry. The neighborhood is nice with nearby restaurants, whole foods, and Lake Union.

I have a great experience living here so far. Each time Ive entered a maintenance request it has been taken care of same day. Lots of closet space and fun apartments! The office staff is friendly and helpful

I lived at Carolina Court for over 2 years and it was by far the most lovely place I have lived in the city. Living in the heart of Seattle has it's challenges, I always wished I had a w/d in my unit or a dishwasher but the trade off's were complimentary! *great security - cameras regularly reviewed based off open communication with the PM staff. *CLEAN/WELL MAINTAINED -the PM Darcy and the Maintenance supervisor Sean both work tirelessly to achieve next level appeal for an older Seattle building. *no in unit laundry but the app laundry system has been pretty effortless. *small but very effective gym is next to the laundry room so you can kill time in there while you wait! *parking is street but in the 2 years I lived there I rarely had any issues oh and get a zone pass, so worth it. Above all else, unlike the neighboring properties this staff and such great care and ownership of the tenants and property. Leaving was sad but this review will hopefully show that this is a great place to live. They truly believe in #continuousimprovement

If you are going to be working at Amazon, Fred Hutchinson, Cancer Care or anywhere in the general downtown north end- capital hill, south lake union, bell town, pike/pine, Mercer, Eastlake, uw, etc. This is a great place to live, quiet believe it or not for its location and spacious. Tons of closet space, hardwood floors, full kitchen and bath. Old school nice studios and classic one bedrooms- I have been in both. Laundry room uses pay range app instead of quarters. Manager & maintenance are responsive and awesome too!!

Going on 2 years living here and I love it. Great pricing, amazing location, and an awesome apartment manager. Also great closet spacing. 10/10
