Their technicians are too sloppy and customer services bad. I wont go here again ever.

Good service but lack of appointments is very annoying as a customer. I called before heading over and by the time I got there the wait time had already increased quite a bit. There is no reason to not to take appointments now a days, especially if you just take a credit card with the appointment (to charge it people don't show up). Fine auto shop, just needs to improve on customer service by taking appointments

This is by far the fastest auto service in Seattle. You may wait weeks for most shops nowadays but their first-come, first-serve model will have you in and out the door. All of the staff are knowledgeable, kind, and provide the best service with no grief. Ill drive 30 minutes to bring my car to them than any shop closer to me.

I came in for a tire patch right before lunch and they had me in and out super quick!
