There is no point in scheduling an appointment at this location ! The duration (2 hours) of the scheduled appointment is the same as a walk in. (2 hours) Beware! Walk in and appointment are the same!

Very upset with this company my son took his Acura in here about a year ago for some regular maintenance and to get the lights replaced on his dashboard, he was quoted approximately &2000 for everything he agreed so they started doing the work after a day they called him and said well they couldnt finish the work because the mechanic blew the circuit panel on his front gauges which made it to where he couldnt see how many miles were on his car, his temperature gauge none of it was working and then told him there was nothing they could do because those parts were no longer made when my son told them they needed to fix it and at least put it back how it was they then told him to go find and pay for the part himself but they would do the work for him only at no charge so my son confused looked for a few months for the part and finally found it and went and bought it on eBay he then brings it back and was told no thats not the right part and we have to order the part they all of a sudden all most a year later suddenly can order the part?? and then told him that it will be $600 telling my son he needs to pay for the part that they broke these guys are crooks and this is unacceptable this is not what happens when you the company broke the car to begin with so we will Be looking at how else to resolve this since we have tried to work with them in this to no avail so as a consumer I would be very careful they have gotten so much money for nothing and the car is still not working correctly do not deal with this company they are scammers and crooks

Customer perception of a business is based off of reputation. Unfortunately, Acura of Seattle has been coasting off it's reputation from the past decade... I have brought both of my cars into Acura of Seattle for the past 10 years (since I was in high school). When I was younger, their service was amazing. All of the service agents were friendly, polite, looked for discounts to give you, apologized when they got things wrong, and always worked to make things right. The service manager made an effort to introduce him or herself, ask how your service was going, and speak with you every couple of trips. This has all changed recently. My past three service visits have all been horrible. The exact opposite of my experiences from the previous 8-9ish years. A month ago, I came in for a routine oil change and multi-point inspection. They replaced a couple of fluids, changed my oil, and said that everything checked out in my inspection. Yesterday, my battery completely died. I had to request a jumpstart from AAA and then brought in my vehicle for an battery inspection and then an install. I asked why this wasn't found in the multi-point inspection and I was told that they don't actually look for that in the multi-point inspection. I then asked for a loaner car, because I needed to leave for a meeting. I was told that they wouldn't give me one because there was no one else being serviced at the time so they should be quick. About 2 hours later, I was told that my car was finished and was given my final paperwork. I was given the original estimate of $214 "for them just to check the battery" (This after they missed the battery issue in my multi-point inspection just a few weeks back). When we got to the final paperwork I was told that I would owe $158 and that my service agent had waived the $214 inspection fee. It was insinuated that my agent waived a totally separate $214 charge and that initially my bill would've been $370ish dollars. But if you just look at the paperwork, you can easily see that the original estimate for everything (not just the inspection) was $214 total not $370 something. This is the third appointment in a row that they have implied or insinuated some fake disingenuous discount that was never really there. The most annoying part of this, is that I am not an idiot. It isn't hard for me to read a piece of paper and look at the costs of things and estimated cost of things. After 8-9 years of good service, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But, 3 strikes and you're out. I don't care if you can't or won't offer me a discount, but don't pretend that you have done me this big favor and act like a used cars salesmen. In addition to this, I was told that I had a warranty for the battery that I had bought back in 2019. I was told that the warranty would cover 60% and I would only need to pay for 40%. On the paperwork itself, it says that battery cost $82. Below that it shows the word WARRANTY and then below that it says -$16. Looking at that didn't look right to me. $16 is 20% of $82. So, this morning I gave the service department a call to ask about why the math didn't add up on the final paperwork. The service agent who answered the phone was very rude. She said that the part and install was $160 and I only paid $66 so the warranty and charge amount was correct. There is nowhere on this paper that says that the original price was $160. But, I guess it makes me an idiot that this information was never presented to me. There is more I can add, but as you can see, this review is already ridiculously long. I suppose the reason for this is that I really liked Acura of Seattle, I was a patron for 10 years, I still remember the great agents and managers that worked there like Danny, Tony, and Brent. But they don't have anyone like that anymore. Safe to say I won't be returning for my next service.
