This is a great Credit Union. If you want to bank that has a human touch then this is the place for you. I've been with them for over 35 years (Alaska USA CU).

Put a block on my card and left me stranded at the casino, claiming my information didn't match up...true dirt bags..do not bank here, they will continually block your card and text to ask if it's you making the purchase..when you text yes, they still leave it blocked and ask you a bunch of questions about your account...this time two different operators claimed I gave them the wrong information. They refused to even tell what I answered wrong...stranded in tacoma...with $11.00 to my name and $3,800 in my account...

This place is a joke. They sent my checks to an address I had 5 years ago! Now saying my account is safe? I don't have the checks, they don't have the checks so someone else does? Pretty unorganized. Can't fix stupid! ADDITION! Now, this new bank. The ATM has regular issues so I went inside to get my cash. They couldn't do it! A bank that has MY money but has no money! This is a ridiculous institution
