Access Internships Worldwide

Thanks to the assistance of AIW, I was able to participate in a 5 month internship program in the beautiful island country of Mauritius. The staff helped me with the entire application process and made everything work smoothly. I would recommend them in the future to others. During my internship I had the opportunity to learn a new cuisine and culture in an all inclusive resort with chefs from all around the world. I was very thankful for this chance to network and make connections with other colleagues in the culinary sphere. I look forward to being inspired by them in the future. Personally in the kitchen I was able to increase my skills including speed, precision, and creatively thanks to this program. I was so thankful for the opportunity that I will be taking on an additional internship in Europe with AIW. Looking forward to another great experience.

The entire experience of my internship is are experiences I will never forget. I did many things that many people dream of whether it being visiting different places in all around the South of France and participating in activities that I would have never expected to be apart of. I also was able to experience what it was like to live and work at a real functioning restaurant in France. I will never forget my time with my internship with this company.

I am so glad I had the opportunity to travel abroad and intern in Northern Italy this past summer! It was an amazing experience and I am so grateful for Ms. Valerie Lecamus and Access Internships Worldwide for helping me with my placement and making the process much simpler for me. I learned so much about the culture and gained many work skills that will further help me in my Hospitality career path! This was a once in a lifetime experience and I had the best time!

This internship program was a life changer for me. It has been a life long dream for me to go to France and learn french cuisine. I was very fortunate to be mentored by a Michelin Chef . I have learned a lot from this experience, from a culinary aspect to learning french culture. Valerie is very professional, she will assist you from start to finish up to coming back to US. Always takes care of her trainees. This internship really sped up my career in hospitality. Now after coming back from my internship I am now going to start my new career as a Banquet Captain/ food and beverage superior at a Hilton hotel. highly recommend this program.
