Stayed for a few days and the experience was pretty good experience. The front door staff was nice, check-in was pretty good
The room was a great value. The breakfast wasn't anything special, but most Choice hotel breakfast have declined over the years. If you travel, even twice a year ... Sign up for a reward program.
Rooms: Stayed in a larger room with a living room and kitchen. Worth the investment. The room had 3 windows and the room with the bedroom, shut for privacy.
Walkability: You are in walking distance to public transportation, food and grocery stores.
Noteworthy details: The parking lot isn't that large and access is limited (so don't ever leave your room key in the room).

Front desk attendant was super nice, we even had a good laugh when I asked her what there is to do in the area. Room was clean (checked it with a backlight) and was a solid place to sleep for the night.
The area was pretty sketchy around 11pm, but manageable. Had a couple late-night food options which I can appreciate.

Well, this hotel is definitely three stars! The rooms when you looked close were kind of icky but the sheets were clean and thats whats most important I think service was ok and interaction with them was very minimal. Parking was a little difficult once the spots in the parkades were full and I felt nervous parking on/near the street but we made it work. What I did like was they didnt charge a fee on my card to be returned it was one single price when I booked the room awhile back. 3 stars all around, nothing to write home about but did the trick.
