All liars on this place! They will promise you myriad number of things but would turn their back after you have given them money. They do not care for your child. Theres huge turnover of the teachers on this place as well. I will not recommend this place to anyone, friends or enemies! Save your kids and get them in a better place. Its overwhelmingly expensive too so loss - loss situation for parents!!!

Highly recommend the 4th & Madison center! We love Bright Horizons! Our kiddo (13m-15m) took to his teachers Miss Helen and Miss Steph immediately! I think he cried during 1 or 2 drop offs, but in general he was excited to go to school. He ate well, napped well and when he came home he was happy, ate a good dinner, and would sleep through the night. Any anxiety I felt going into our little guys starting daycare, melted away as soon as we walked in on the first day. Everyone we came into contact with was so kind and warm! Throughout Covid we were kept in the know, and we saw the steps they all took to ensure everyones safety. We miss BH so much! Please open a center in Tacoma!

Stopped in here to meet up with a friend for lunch one day. Wow! What a gorgeous center. The atmosphere was very calming and home-like, from the soft lighting, to the carefully curated displays of children's artwork, to the darling child-sized furniture. I felt so comfortable there, I'm sure the kids must too. Wish I was still a kid, so I could go to class here!

RUN AWAY !!! Terrible Terrible place !! NO NO NO - DO NOT EVEN THINK OF SENDING YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. Terrible terrible experience. I got scared to death when I picked up my 2YO daugther from here today. - Her socks , shoes and pants were all soaked in water all day (after a morning activity they did). Nobody cared to changed. They changed diapers and still ignore soaked pants. And now my daugther feet are all so badly wrinkled. She has been sneezing for a few time. I only wish it doesn't converts to cold. - They don't care if your kid eat or not. My daughter was sleepy at lunch time, almost sleeping on chair. They just let her sit there and didn't put her to bed. She kept on swinging on the chair. And look at the audacity, they send me a pic too of her sleeping on chair - At time of registration, they promised all sort of things. We can make food arrangements. You can bring from home. You can pick/drop any time. Now they don't let me send food if she doesn't eat the food provided there. They don't make vegan milk arrangement (which they said they would), but instead asked me to provide. Once I got late to drop off, they asked me not to come. Today I went to pick up , they asked me wait for 30 mins because other kids were sleeping. WTH, who are you to keep me away from my daughter, why can't you just silently bring her out.
