Really excellent & probably the nicest, non-pushy dentist office I've been to! From reception to assistant to dentist - all were extremely nice! Shout out to Alexis & Dr. L Chen who were both beyond nice, friendly, & understanding. Dr. Chen is very kind & patient; she took time to show me the issues, explain options, offer pros & cons. I was able to get some of my treatment done same day, incl a filling & crown! The receptionist helped me get my ins sorted out & apply for CareCredit in about 3mins, so I could make payments for my balance. PS. This place was recommended by a good friend a few months ago who also said they had an outstanding experience!

Everyone at the front desk was so nice and professional--they helped me get situated when I needed to go in for an emergency. Dr. Chung was awesome, kind, and very helpful with my situation. Shoutout to Clarence for being so kind and sweet too! I highly recommend this place! Thank you, Smiles Dentistry!

I was surprised when I saw fraudulent billing by this dentist. My insurance changed in 2024 and they shared that my fluoride topical treatment is no longer covered when I received my explanation of benefits from Delta. It shows that they billed me for topical fluoride and when speaking to Delta customer service, they shared that my fluoride treatment is indeed covered. Im very disheartened by this lack of transparency and fraudulent scheming. I have reported this dentist to Delta for fraudulent activity
