We have just switched Insurance companies and we are happy to post that ALLstate and Jessica Wild have provided us with a great path forward. I am so happy that I am now covered by Allstate. I love their Mayhem commercials and I am so happy to see I am actually protected from that guy now. I am working with Jessica a very easy to talk to and I instantly felt a great connection with her. She is a real person not an AI fill in. And with the assistance and more in depth study and review of my insurance needs I truly feel I am more protected from mayhem then I was with my previous company.

Jessica is the best agent a girl (or guy) could ask for!! She is helpful in making sure I understand everything that is happening with my policies and that all my needs are met. Bonus for making sure I'm getting all the applicable discounts. She is supportive and efficient, all around part of a great team to work with!

THE ABUSE WAS ON YOUR END. AND YOU ARE SERVICING MY POLICY. Everything was well and good until I called for a copy of my policy. I guess I gave too much information and said I needed it for a job. Tianna asked me why I would need it for a job, I replied that, I didnt know- maybe I would be driving someone to the store. That turned into me not having the appropriate insurance to drive clients around. I asked if I should call and find out but Im not changing my policy exactly this minute and could I have access to my policy. I told her I need to get the job first, its in-home hospice care and if it turns out I am driving someone around I will update her. I later found out that if this employer wants me to do that, they provide the insurance. Its not on me. But anyways Tianna told me not to yell at her, and I let her know that I had only taken a tone and she would know if I was yelling. I have three small children in my home, I know the difference between being firm and yelling. Tianna told me their claims have been scrutinized. Tianna- Can I get the job first? I end up on the phone with Joseph who goes full Will Smith on me protecting bald Jada, he doesnt even ask me anything. He speaks loudly over me the entire time (abusive), telling me its a service. Uh ya. Can I get that copy of my policy please? He acted like he could cancel my insurance if I dont like it. Because of course after this, I am taking my business elsewhere. I just hung up. 25 minutes later, I get an email with my policy number and access to create an account for my policy to be emailed to me.I have worked in enough office spaces, given enough outstanding customer service in my life to know, I wasnt in the wrong.
