He spent a lot of time explaining things, patiently answering things and working behind the scenes on my behalf. He genuinely had my best interest in mind and treated me like family. There was zero pressure, zero scare tactics and no salesy lines. I only wish I would have realized the benefits of working with a local and independent insurance broker sooner. With his above and beyond customer service, he's earned my business for life.
