Hello from MN! Yes, I said it, MN. Aaron and Krista Farr helped us secure our first home here in MN and we cannot thank them enough. My wife and I previously lived in the Spokane, WA area and my wife attended OTF Northside and had ran into Krista a lot. Through Instagram they were connected and my wife had hoped to work along side Krista one day to purchase a home in WA. Long story short, we had ended up in MN due to career changes. We were finally in the process of looking for a home and did not have a great experience with a realtor out here. Lets just say, never submit your earnest money without a signed contract from the sellers. We felt defeated and discouraged. Aaron and Krista go above and beyond! We had a very quick turn around from looking at homes to offering to being under contract after not having any sort of formal meeting beforehand. We said hey if youre not busy this weekend can you show us a few houses. We offered after that first day in a very fast process. They walked us through every step and made it so SIMPLE to go through home prep to sell, in a VERY short time span, and have been there every step of the way for helping us to sell our home and representing us in our home buying process!
