The level of customer service provided by Susie is unlike anything I've experienced in these times of automated phone trees and offshore call centers. She is prompt, knowledgeable and super friendly in her email correspondence and live phone conversations. I have had several changes and multiple questions with my policies and she has fielded each one with patience and grace.

Dan True and his team are amazing! I switched after >20 years with another insurance company. We had moved our homeowner's insurance over a year or two earlier while buying a condo, and had great service. When I called to add auto, RV, and umbrella policies, all I had to do was send over my current binders. Within an hour, Susie got me set up with exactly what I was looking for, including one additional coverage on a car, and all for a lower price! I really like having an agency that I can call when I have questions & look forward to the next 20 years with the Dan True Agency & his team.

I've had my insurance with Dan True and his team for almost 10-years and their service has always been extraordinary. They never disappoint and yesterday Susie called to inform me that my "premium was going up"... normal right? Well something out of the ordinary Susie said, "Chris I saw your premium was going up, so I found a way to lower it.". This is not something I called and asked for and is DEFINITELY not something another agency would normally do. THANK YOU Dan True, Susie and his Team, for always having your Client's back!!!
