        I had to re-evaluate my previous Nationwide agent that didn't properly process my renter's insurance transition to a homeowner's policy when we purchased. I'm thankful for that previous agent making such a rookie mistake, because that led me to this agency. Rich has helped me so much in my 10 years in Oregon, through auto accidents, coverage adjustments due to various family changes, and just being available for some one-off inquiries, he's always ready to give a realistic snapshot of a specific situation before making the important decisions. He even helped me find an agent when I relocated, which was awesome. I recommend his agency without reservation.
