Shaela is the best! She is always friendly, patient and helpful. She has helped me navigate my insurance needs as they have changed through the years, teenagers etc. When we did have a car accident, Allstate was on point, responsive and kind.

GO ELSEWHERE FOR INSURANCE!! Receptionist is EXTREMELY rude, Ami doesn't care about your policy once she had made the "sale'. If you have a problem, don't expect them to help you. I would have given them ZERO stars if it were an option.

Extremely PETTY office. Been with them for 5+ years thinking I was getting the best deals due to my loyalty just to call around and get in touch with another well known Insurance company with more coverage to my vehicles for $900 LESS every 6 months. Called Amys office twice to negotiate my policy before canceling just to wait 4+ hours with not even a courtesy email to acknowledge my calls and when I finally was able to speak to someone in that office I was told to call back at 5pm to give a written notice for my cancellation just to have them block my number. Called the 800 number and they were able to tell me that Amys office had already canceled my policies so me calling was not needed (Im sure she just wanted to let me know I was blocked) and they didnt care to include my refund price in my profile notes for anyone else to give me that information. Feels like high school mean girl drama all over again.

You're in no hands with this office. Customer service and attitudes are terrible. Rude and not helpful. Finally cancelled and went back to my agent that actually picks up the phone and helps rather than directs my to an app (that doesn't even work). I submitted a receipt for reimbursement as is my right, Ami told me to send it to her and I did. 3 months later, she told me to call the 1-800 and they indicate that Ami actually did not submit the claim at all. It wasn't just this instance either, back in September I emailed asking for a quote on business insurance...zero response back. I had to email again and ask and was just passed around and never responded to. If you never want answers or help, this is your place
