I want to rave about the above and beyond I received from the manager here, Autumn. Once the ball was rolling she did everything she could to get us in by Christmas. Twice she came to me to sign papers and make corrections. Our interactions were quite comfortable. She seemed prepared, organized and ready every time we met. Very gracious. My apartment is an older apartment with everything functioning as it should. When I did have a need to have my fridge checked out it was a next day response. Been here less than a month and I have zero complaints. A bigger playground would be cool but the one they have is safe - fairly new. Bottom floor tenants will here footsteps up above. There seems to be plenty of parking and the grounds are well kept. Standard rules. No problem with privacy. Location is great! Across from Lincoln Park and on the main drag. Thank you Hilltop staff.
