Have been staying here for almost 5 months. We overall have a good experience staying here, quiet place and friendly staff. But I am super disappointed on two things. First one is the drier, it makes so much noise when running and take forever to dry my clothes, it is definitely abnormal and I have requested several maintenance but they were not able to make any progress. Second is the hot water issue start from March 28th 2024, we all understand issue could happen, but I am so disappointed on how they handle it. They are not frank enough in the email, where they mention hot water fluctuations, issue should relief. But the truth is there is no hot water at all! Why cannot they to be more frankly to people and advise people to find an alternative to take hot water shower????

I've been a resident for 7 years. I'm quite, clean, never late with rent. Today, 3/31/24 is day 4 without hot water. Multiple calls, emails, and text messages have produced nothing but "we're sorry's and hopes for resolve. No resolve as of yet, tomorrows day 5.

Our stay was great. Not only are the staff great but also the neighbors. They do go above and beyond to take care of their residents. I have no complaints for the 13 months weve lived here for. Bridgette always made it feel like home. She knew us by name and always greeted us with a smile. The apartment is always well kept and the few times we had to use maintenance they took care of the problem very efficiently. If youre looking for your next home I would definitely recommend living here. Do read the lease carefully if you dont want any surprises. We made sure to read the lease and never was inconvienced by it.

Six years at Chateau Woods now, and I love it. The office staff is superb. And maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. The location is excellent. I highly recommend it here.
