UPDATE: weve moved in and so far its as wonderful as wed hoped. Madison and Dani have gone above and beyond to make our home dreams come true. (Thank you!) Our unit is gorgeous. As others have said, storage/ closet space is kinda sparse, lol, especially in the kitchen - which is hard for someone like me who loves to cook, but there are always pros and cons. Well get creative and find some European solutions! :) We splurged and went out to dinner tonight (shout out to the Woodin Creek Kitchen and Tap) and it was so fun to walk around in the twinkling lights and talk to other residents. We both felt like we were on vacation in a resort. I know things wont always be perfect, but this place is pretty damn cool. Loving all the cute dogs walking around with their people! Previously We havent even moved into Woodin Creek yet but are on the verge of it, and my husband and I are thrilled with their customer service! Weve been dealing with the wonderful leasing office for at least two weeks - Daniela has been working SO hard for us! Shes already made us feel very special and cared for - absolutely nothing like the experiences Ive had at many other places in the last couple months. Woodin Creek is unique, gorgeous, and has amazing staff. Ive invested dozens and dozens (hundreds?) of hours in my search for our new home, and I can honestly say no one else has treated us this well and no other place weve looked at is this beautiful. The photos on the website and in others reviews are accurate - it really is that nice (which isnt always true)! Were about to sign the papers and cant wait to move in. Will update soon.

Most reviews are about the complex/life here but this is really directed solely towards Madison, the leasing manager. I have worked with numerous rental companies over the past decade and Madison has made every other experience I have had pale in comparison. She listened to our concerns, hopes and expectations and delivered in all areas. Her kindness, attention to detail and compassion should be the standard (and really should be a training video for new leasing agents across the board). She went above and beyond and was more personable than anyone I have worked with in the past. Highly, highly recommend her guidance and kindness in your search for a new home!

I recently moved to Woodin Creek Village, and it's been a month since I arrived. During my search for the perfect apartment, I toured six different units from various regions around Washington, ultimately choosing this one. My tour with Dani was a pleasant experience; she kindly and willingly showed us various options, allowing us to select the right home for us. Additionally, she helped us settle in quickly, fully understanding our urgent situation. So far, I'm very satisfied with the cozy and peaceful atmosphere, the active resident community (they even have a community app where we can freely post items for sale or suggestions, and there are many free events like Yoga every week, or resident happy hour with wine), and, most importantly, the sense of safety. With the city hall and police nearby, people are out walking until nightfall, and the well-lit roads contribute to the feeling of security. Most retail outlets even have a wine cellar. The unit is tidy even though it's not new, it has very nice electric fireplace in living, full air conditioning for hot and cool. The response to maintenance requests is very fast, and the rooftop lounge area with the hot Jacuzzi is awesome. You have a great park to run or walk nearby, and Haggen, Target, and AMC theater are within walking distance. My only wish is that the gym had barbells with free training rack. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Since the moment we walked into Woodin Creek and applied to become residents at Woodin Creek. We got the opportunity to meet Leasing agent Dani Leyva and she has been nothing short of amazing as far as taking care of us. We got approved and she generously showed us apartment options, took us to tour a couple apartments based off of our needs. We have been residents now at Woodin Creek for two months and any time we have questions about anything regarding our apartment or parking spots or anything she has always been 100% attentive. She has gone above and beyond to make sure that we are experiencing the lifestyle we deserve and our family is so happy with Woodin Creek and the office and especially the outstanding service Dani has given us since living here. Thank you for all that you not only do for us but for our community here at Woodin Creek Village apartments. I definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a community to live to choose Woodin Creek as your happy place and home.
