We were very fortunate to have Jason as an agent. Not only was he always available to answer your questions or address your concerns but was likely to anticipate them. He did a lot of little things I would not have expected, i.e., putting some flowers in the planter box, trimming a shrub that blocked the window. The information and guidance he provided on the most important decisions that needed making, listing price, repairs to be made, staging etc. helped to maximize our profit on the sale. Finally, just a really enjoyable guy to work with. I would recommend him without reservation.
