Lisa was the perfect real estate agent. As first time home buyers, we had a ton of questions and didn't really know the process of home buying, and she walked us through each step with so much patience and in depth explanations. From showings to offer negotiations/strategy to helping with our other home buying needs, she truly helped us with everything! She was readily available to show listings and promptly answered our texts/emails. I would not hesitate in recommending her to others and will definitely use her again when we buy/sell.

Lisa was fantastic! We are first-time homebuyers and she was there for us every step of the way. In such a competitive market, it's really important to have a real estate agent that knows how to negotiate. We were able to buy the first house we put an offer on- which is rare! Lisa went above and beyond for us and I can't recommend her enough.

Lisa both helped us to sell our home and purchase another. We highly recommend her. She is warm and friendly, as well as great at her job. She is excellent at walking you through the whole process and provides her expertise and experience to assist with any decision making that comes up. She responds to questions quickly and goes the extra mile to ensure you feel comfortable with the process. We did not know Lisa prior to our real estate transactions, but consider her to be more than just our agent, she is our friend.

Lisa Bender is a wonderful agent!!!! I could not have asked for a more helpful, patient and professional person to walk us through our first home buying experience!!! We were intimidated by the process but she walked us through every step of the way and made everything stream lined and efficient . We bought and sold two houses with Lisa and I should say she is simply perfect. She is very clever and kind. She knows what you are looking for and spends a lot of time and effort to make you happy. Also, she is very responsive and have a lots of patience. Definitely would love to work with her again.
