Cody was the project manager for my property which was damaged from a fire/water. He not only has outstanding work ethics he is simply a good person. He has shown immense respect and compassion for his work and the clients involved. He made this disaster just a bit earlier to deal with. He was a phone call/text away from allaying any concerns I had regarding work being done. Thank you cody! I would give you higher than 5stars if I could. I cannot say enough great things about Rachael! She hands down has the best level of service I have ever seen. She is always extremely responsive, knowledgeable and sees the job through. She has specifically helped in multiple water leaks and each one has been resolved successfully.

We had a pipe burst over the holiday weekend. I was a bit overwhelmed with family coming and didnt know what to do. Thankfully our neighbors recommended Servpro of Seattle Northwest. I called them after hours and spoke with Lisa whom promptly calmed my nerves and reassured us that we were in good hands. We had the pipe leak in our basement. They recommended an amazing plumber who came out right away to fix the broken pipe and Servpro had a crew come out to our house an hour later to set up drying equipment. They were prompt & had excellent communication throughout the entire process. Im so incredibly thankful for Servpro and their amazing team!! The fact they came out over the holiday & after hours speaks volumes for this company!!! Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

The condo above me had a toilet overflow and water came into my unit through a light fixture in my hallway, soaking the carpet and going under the vinyl flooring in the bathroom. My insurance company first recommended Paul Davis Restorations, and they were unresponsive and unprofessional. I saw Servpro finished water mitigation on the first floor condo (I'm second floor), meanwhile Paul Davis Restorations is MIA. Thankfully I had been previously contacted by Servpro via my HOA, so I called them back and asked them to take over. It was a good thing Servpro took over because Paul Davis Restorations missed areas of moisture in the wall that were already beginning to grow mold! Ron was the Crew Lead, and he kept things so neat and tidy even though they had to cut out damaged sections of the ceiling, wall, and vinyl flooring that Paul Davis Restorations missed. I have a 15+ year old chinchilla that is highly sensitive to dust/chemicals, and Ron made sure nothing got into his room. My chinchi means the world to me, so Ron being so attentive really put me at ease. Ron took time to explain everything to me and answer any questions, too. I can't say enough good things about Ron! I also want to mention Cody, the Project Manager. Communication, professionalism, it was all excellent with Cody. I can't recommend these guys enough, they were real lifesavers in such a stressful situation. They called when they said they would, they showed up when they said they would, and they were respectful of my home and my beloved chinchilla. I couldn't ask for more, really.
