      image The lady that helped me was able to explain everything, answer all of my questions and was very personable. She took care of everything and I felt a great sense of relief when I left knowing everything was taken care of. I could overhear another lady talking to a man who was extremely hard of hearing - she was great! I had gone to another company a couple of years ago and it was not anywhere close to being as pleasant as was my visit to H&R Block.
