So today I was supposed to get a package that I already have been waiting on for over a week . They claimed that the address is wrong but when a human finally contacted me( was almost impossible) , they stated the address was correct and that they would call me and tell me the update . Over an hr later they call back and I cant hardly understand the lady and they tell me to just wait and see ..... now you tell me how you would feel in that position . to get absolutely no help and to be told just wait and see . I may get my delivery tomorrow or I may not . I literally don't know . do not bother trying to call . A representative told me that they do not answer calls . Only way is to possibly get a call back or attempt to do email. I'm so upset over a simple thing but it is a $70 package for my child . so SOUTH CHARLESTON UPS .. my question is WHY

They answer the phone like Walmart. TRASH SERVICE, 400$ stripes sent to THE WRONG ADDRESS. And the store location does not answer the phone, Ive probably called 20+ times/ sent emails/ and now Im gonna have to go in the store at this point. They hire anything with legs

Excellent customer service by the ladies working there today. They helped me and we even discussed other services that they provide. Will definitely be back.

The young woman with black hair in a messy bun was extremely rude when i was trying to return my package. She was not helpful at all and had a horrible attitude.
