We stay at other hotels that are pet friendly all the time and yes there is a fee for pets which we have no problem paying but all guests having to pay a $100 deposit for a room that the hardwood floors are sticky and it smells of urine seems a bit unreasonable. Noteworthy details: Absolutely would not recommend this place to even my worst enemy.

I never got to stay overnight. I left at 1 AM at night since the room was filled with smoking smells even though I asked for non smoking one. Two, there was water leaks at the bathroom and I made a video that I will add to my Google review soon. The sheets were not clean. And I called multiple times to front desk and nobody responded. When I went to bed I realized the smell is too much for me to sleep and I reached out to Priceline and informed them about my experience before I left the hotel leaving room key at the front desk. Horrible experience. Rooms: Bed sheets dirty. Room smells like someone smoked but they said its a non smoking room. Bathroom leaks water. Horrible.

Completely nasty!! Wont offer a refund! Was completely rude when asked for a refund! Stuff stacked in the hallways and mold around the windows hair all over the beds stains everywhere! Look closely youll see a hair on the bedding!! Thats not including the pictures I didnt take. Will be calling osha and the health department completely trash!!!

Keep your validation and deposit slip on you and a screen grab or print out of the policies, you're going to need all of that. They're rude, they will try to double charge or just make charges up. None of the outer doors are secure. None of the carpets are swept or cleaned, the whole place is dirty.
