    I was supposed to have received two packages March 27th, only one was delivered. I have used the the tracking site for the second package. The information there changes from "out for delivery", to "label created", to "on its way". I've called 3 different "customer support" numbers only to be told by AI the same things listed on the tracking site. I am willing to drive 20 miles to pick up the package, but can't even speak to a rep to arrange that. The package was received in SC, WV and only has to go less than 8 miles to its destination. It's supposed to be a birthday gift for April 2nd.

    I give UPS a one star review because zero isnt an option. They really dont care about customer satisfaction. If a package is delivered to the wrong address, its your responsibility to file a claim, even though it is their responsibility to deliver it correctly. Terrible customer service!

    It's beyond crazy that if ups was to go in and look up every package theyve attempted to deliver, they would see that each and everytime they were unsuccessful and incompetent I always end up having to fight tooth and nail to get my package the always gets delayed and held by them because of some dumb reasoning and mind you my driveway and address is easy and able to drive on but yet each time they never can get the package to me and I spend days of wasted time on phone with customer service who can never tell the truth and each of the many ones I talk to have something different to say the previous person I talked with and they waste Soo much of my time assuring me of this or that and what it all boils down to is me having to come and physically place a hold on my package to come pick it up myself after always paying for the shipping and yet everytime I order something and see ups is delivering my package I prepare myself for the most stressful and aggravating days. You'd think that given this was a recurring issue they'd find some way to resolve this issue but apparently it's asking to much they make having them as a carrier soo overwhelming and nobody ever wants to get to the cause of why this keeps happening and fixing the issue. So this is for all the people who want to consider ups as their carrier RUN as far away from this carrier as possible unless you enjoy being jerked around lied to and enjoy doing all the real leg work and detective work to finding it own package because that's what it all boils down to and I dare anyone supervisor or head honcho at ups to look up my name and review all the past troubles and experiences with you all and to tell me I'm lying!
