        The room was clean and seemed to have been recently remodeled. The bed was comfortable. Large shower and nice to have a small fridge in the room. Complimentary EV charger was awesome! The staff was very friendly and professional. Had a blast with the bartender Sarah while she served us drinks in the lounge. I highly recommend this hotel.

        Wow. Just edited to one star from two originally. That was an unbelievably insulting, awful front desk lady, Lauren. This is the $175 view from our double queen room. The pool is unexpectedly closed without explanation. There is no functional fan in the bathroom. The complimentary coffee was empty downstairs. Went down to check out and ask about a fee that wasnt expected. She was out the gate rude. When I asked why she was being so indignant, we just had a legit question, her response was, Im from New York, thats just how we are. She later came over to make the coffee after I asked for some, and told me, that was your fault, you know. I didnt do anything wrong. When I asked for her managers name, she replied, it doesnt matter. Im the front manager and I didnt do anything wrong Just WOW. Ive been all over the world and got better service in a slum in Tanzania.

The reason the pool was closed was when I tested it after it was closed on Saturday night, the chemical levels were out of balance from the standard, so we were not able to have it open until the chemicals are back in balance. I do understand this can be an inconvenience and apologize for this.Concerning the interaction you had, this is not our standard. We want to wow our guests with excellent and amazing service. I was not present so did not witness the interaction. If you would like to contact me directly, I would like to discuss the situation with you.
