Best Western Plus Appleton Airport/Mall Hotel

We stayed here 3 days & were very impressed with all staff , helpful,courteous & definitely hard working . Our room was spacious with plenty space , comfortable beds & pillows .a great place to stay & I would definitely return.quiet,safe area but still easily assessable to everything. The only downfall was no working pool or hot tub. Breakfast in morning everyday . Safety: Quiet location with little traffic Very safe

It was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. My room was clean and the tv was huge.

Hot tub was broken and drained, nobody told us at the front when we mentioned we were here to mainly swim. We were disappointed, along with a lot of other adults that came into the pool room that night. Kids still had fun using the pool so that was good. Other wise staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nearby activities: Right next to monkey joes inflatables or Luv to Play indoor playground, Urban air trampoline park, Marcus theater, lots of stuff to do in that area for familys. Walkability: Walking distance to Kwik trip for snacks
