Trying to get ahold of them is unforseeable, I had a open claim and they failed to pay,after 5 years I get a notice for garnishment, trying to get ahold of some one to get it resolved is a joke.....no exciting phone number,it's like the telemarketing people thank you for destroying my credit score

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! TREASURE THOMPSON NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE, ALWAYS AWAY FROM HER desk & DOESNT RETURN PHONE CALLS!!!! Its not my fault the company insured by u all WASN'T PAYING ATTENTION WHILE SPEEDING IN A PARKING LOT & HIT ME!!!! Tuhh..
