Haircare (cut, color, etc), eyebrow waxing, and permanent cosmetic makeup in a quiet and cozy environment.

Friendly, it seems a bit spendy but I've never gone anywhere else so lm not sure. Bulbs can't be cheap in those tanning beds, place is CLEAN
