Kevin is a lier don't trust him. He will lie and say you were a bad renter when you weren't. Rented from them and they were dishonest and tried to keep my deposit. Tried charging me for previous renters damages. Had to show pictures and dates. They don't do anything about the loud bassy drug dealers that moved in next to me. Also means they don't check out who rents from them very well. Lots of riff raff started showing up around there, so i had no choice but to move. Was like pulling teeth for them to fix old damages. I"m glad i'm done with these hustlers. Worst people ive rented from so far.

If I could give less I would! This company is TERRIBLE! First you need to reach out to the actual house owners before they will lease to you (even if approved via their process). Maintenance requests take MONTHS to get addressed and then they have some random handyman come and look at the issue and they rarely fix anything. The office states harassment when you ask a question monthly they wont answer. Youre screamed at for asking simple lease renewal question, the office staff uses discriminatory language and threats when you go in and try to talk about rental problems. If youre not 50+ you will be discriminated against as they dont like young professionals. The State of Wisconsin should have a ton of landlord complain forms against this company! If youre in one of their properties and they try their nonsense with you, fill out the form. TENANTS HAVE RIGHTS! (Which they dont want you to know.)
