Working with Abby Zezza and the Lonnie Larson-Singerhouse team was such a wonderful and seamless experience. Weve wanted to move for quite some time but were nervous to start the process. Abby immediately helped us understand from day one exactly what to expect and prepare for throughout the process, making us comfortable to take the leap and sell our home. She was always available when we needed her to help answer our questions or review items such as documents and contracts. With our busy growing family, her flexibility was so appreciated as we navigated showing times and listing appointments as well. She was so driven to help us sell our home and brought such a bright and uplifting attitude to every conversation, making it so easy for us to trust her with the selling process. Ultimately, we recently moved into the home of our dreams and we couldnt thank Abby and the team more for making that possible for our family. I couldnt recommend or thank them enough for giving us our forever home!!

We worked with Lonnie in the past to help us sell and buy about 7 years ago. While we are sad he has retired he has left his clients in very capable hands in Abby and Charlie. Charlie was wonderful to work with in both the selling and buying process and he has a strong support system in Abby and the others on the team. We are so grateful for the help of selling our property that no longer worked for our family in a time with high interest rates. Charlie helped us find our dream home and we can't be happier with the outcome. We also took advantage of the trailer. Who doesn't love to save money.

Deven was amazing! Great at communicating with me, always returning my calls, texts, or emails in a timely manner. She went above and beyond many times to keep things moving forward. We 1st interacted with Deven Rinta when she represented the sellers who were marketing a lot in River Falls. Since we were early in our lot search we did not place an offer. Even so, Deven stayed in touch with us. We were very impressed with how quickly she responded to us, and was a very steady, and informative presence for us. Last month we retained Deven to represent us as the buyers agent in a lot purchase in Hudson. She did a wonderful job helping us get informed, worked with the sellers agent and very efficiently helped us write our contract to purchase offer. Our offer was accepted and everything went very smoothly. We always felt Deven was in our corner.
