We are highly dissatisfied with Croixside Home Improvements. We DO NOT recommend using them for your kitchen. After the initial estimate with Mike, it what nothing but delays and frustration. Mike seems like a good man, but everything in our project did not go well. Unreliable timeline (estimated 8-10 weeks resulted in total of 7 months.) Worker doing poor quality work. Lack of communication/unprofessional with delayed responses to our concerns throughout the entire process. - Incorrect initial measurements causing reorders. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Very pleased with the results of our siding. Bob, Mike, and the small crew were pleasant to work with. Project was finished in a few days and we felt they did an excellent job on our siding and basement windows. The clean up was thorough and the whole project was reasonably priced. We highly recommend Croixside.

I found Croixside Home Improvement on Angi. Of the three patio door estimates I received, Mike was the most knowledgeable and least "sales-y." I just had a good feeling when he came to assess my old door. He knew what he was talking about, and everything he expected to be true from that initial meeting about what would be needed at install (e.g., the size of my door, the material of my old door, the need for a new threshold, etc.) proved true. The salesmen from the other two companies were flat out wrong in what they told me. Though scheduling the install was a bit challenging, the end product was worth it. Mike's installer was thorough and took the time to explain how his material and technical choices would provide a better installation than what I had previously. I recommend working with Croixside. I feel both Mike and his installer have helped me to be a good steward of my resources and my first home.

Quality work and prompt to get the work started. Small crew was talented and made the work more manageable for a small city lot size. They did the work and were open to little changes/requests along the way, so you really are heard. Highly recommend this great team! Services: Home renovations, Exterior finishing

We are very pleased with my our new windows installed by Croixside. Everyone we worked with was professional and made the whole process of getting new windows easier. Mike was great with communication and was quick to respond when we needed extra work done. Service: Window repair
