I wanted to share my positive experience with Window Installation Specialists Jake and Mac. My installation was moved up due to a cancellation. They came on time, worked with great skill as a team and was highly professional and kind. Also Robert who came to do the measuring was great. All the team members who were involved from start to the finish were skilled professionals. I would highly recommend them! I am enjoying my new windows and patio door!

My review is based on experience – more than 5 years professional experience, and my personal installation experience. As a territory manager for the Orange Apron, I had more than 100 companies installing for me over 5 years. Window Installation Specialists installed hundreds of projects and was our top installer in Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. When it came to my own install, I didn’t consider any other company. Expert master craftsman work, professional and top of the industry installers, I’ve seen them handle every type of situation, and this is the team you want to do your install. Top notch communication from owners Robert and Amy, on-time and expert work from crews. I could not have been happier with results. If challenges arise, they will identify and communicate with you proper way to proceed and they won’t cut corners and hide something. Their crews have excellent attitude and make the project fun! I will definitely call them for my next install. I’ve witnessed this crew successfully complete toughest installs, re-build a custom 3 bay window install only a master craftsman could accomplish. From lead safe compliance, to difficult high level access and cleanup, don’t settle for any other installer. This company is the best in the area. They are willing to install in Twin Cities area, Western and Southern Wisconsin, Southern and Northern Minnesota. Give them a call to discuss your desired installation. I was scheduled and they actually moved me forward on the calendar due to another customer cancellation! The best installers are busy; the guy who can be there in a snap is probably NOT the guy you want if you are seeking the best quality and value for your money. Oh, and the guy with the negative review is most likely a competitor who could find nothing else to criticize. When you can have the best steak, why settle for spam in a can. With your install need, why settle for Chuck in a Truck? Their prices are way reasonable, I would have paid more, and I benefit nothing from saying so. RJ and Drew did a great job installing a patio door, new front door and storm door. Great attention to detail, and made a better installation than the original. Overall we're very happy with the work they did.

After having these guys out years ago to replace our main floor windows we didn’t hesitate to call them for our next window project. They again did a phenomenal job on our basement windows and egress!! Excellent service all around & would highly recommend them!

We could not be more pleased with our new windows and how easy it was to work with this company. Drew, Jake, Brian and RJ are not only very meticulous and professional craftsman... but they were also very flexible and accommodating to our young children and being able to work certain areas of the house over the course of the project to allow our children and even our pet to not be as affected by all of the work. Even the city inspector (when closing the building permit out), commended the quality of craftsmanship. Thanks!
